I just finished my degree in kinesiology at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I am studying to be a sommelier and just cannot get enough of the world of wine. Love to try just about any type of wine from anywhere in the world, and am pretty knowledgeable about the central coast wine region in California. Feel free to ask me a question about it any time.

2003 Wildhorse Tempranillo
(2007-04-23 15:47:34 UTC)Fuller bodied tempranillo, darker purply hue. Flavors of dark fruit and chocolate with smooth and slightly spicy finish. It was great with the homemade pizza
2004 Meridian Cabernet Sauvignon
(2007-04-11 17:07:37 UTC)Nice color, aromas of black currant, earth, and a little vegetal characteristics. Nice and smooth going down but slightly tart on the finish. Didn't have with any food but is probably a good food wine.

2004 Edna Valley Pinot Noir 2004
(2007-03-28 15:00:19 UTC)Light in body and in color. This is a great pinot for the price. Cola and cherries on the nose with the berry flavors continuing on the palate. Very smooth finish.
2004 Ortman Santa Rita Hills Pinot Noir
(2007-03-28 14:44:04 UTC)Nice Full bodied pinot. Little bit higher acidity then most pinots. Not a bad thing though makes the wine really shine when paired with food.
2004 Rombauer 2004 Chardonnay
(2007-03-26 05:55:47 UTC)Nice full bodied chardonnay. Citrus on the nose and oak and butter on the finish with a nice acidity to it. Went really well with the lobster
