Enjoy crisp, dry/semi-dry whites with mineral tones. Not too terribly fond of oaky chardonnays. Working at developing taste for reds. Trying to taste my way around the east coast after tasting around Europe for a couple years. Currently supporting Mid-Atlantic wineries - very accessible way to develop nose and tastebuds. Fond of Mosel-Rhine whites. Austrian Gruene-Vetliner, halb-trocken Reislings, Gewurztraminers - good memories of the Mosel-Rhine areas of Germany ;) German Sekt - great intro to bubblies without huge costs.
