I am a musician and photographer in Brooklyn. I first began getting a taste for wine while living in the Midwest and was fortunate enough to visit many small vineyards in Missouri and Kansas. I'm always looking for something new to delve into and learn about and this seemed like a perfect time to make wine a bigger part of my life! The most complex and sophisticated wine I've ever tasted. Musty, old socks and barnyard smells with an astounding palate of smokey game and dark fruits. Multiple layers are detectable in all facets of the wine. Stout but well-balanced with an incredible finish.
