I love coffee (Clover 1 is an amazing machine... for the rest of us a good french press cannot go wrong). I love wine (even a bad wine can still be cooked with). I have a pretty large palette from working in the coffee industry. It was a natural transition to wine. Both are great to enjoy with others!

This wine will impress those non-Rioja people in your life. Fantastic to pair with just about anything, but like the V-man says ~What I like may not be what you like~. I love the simpleness of this Rioja. Not too spicy or oaky. Although my tags may lead you to believe in the complexity of Faustino I '96, I think that it is a very one-dimensional wine, great one-dimension, however. Awesome aroma. Enjoy!
