North Carolina native transplanted in San Diego 12 years ago and stumbling his way through wine country. I like getting smart on wine, without the wine snobbery. I've been exploring the Temecula Valley and will be making my way up the California coast. I've been into wine for about 5 years now, and I feel like I've just scratched the surface. I'm still working on starting a serious cellar. I'd like to take the CSW exam next fall if I'm ready. Bottom line, I like trying new wine with new buddies and drinking good wine with good friends.
