I "found" wine several years ago and have been an enthusiast ever since. As such, I try to attend at least one tasting at my favorite local wine store every month. When not discovering new wines, I enjoy writing (I serve as a judge for a screenwriting contest annually), fixing up my 1950s home (or paying people to fix it up for me!) in beautiful Wisconsin, hanging out at various neighbor's homes to drink wine, and checking out whatever's playing at the cinema with friends or my wife. I'm a proud UW-Madison alumni, with a not-so-proud B.A. in English.
