2007 Perrin & Fils Cotes du Rhone "Reserve"
(2009-10-19 02:41:42 UTC)Comes off as being bold but then is Surprisingly light tasting. A little hint of pepper and oak, maybe some peach. Not a bad wine for the price.
Needs a little more time in the barrel me thinks.
2004 Osborne Solaz (Tempranillo/Cabernet Sauvignon)
(2008-06-15 04:00:45 UTC)A complete cabernet sauvignon with tempranillo. Moderately oaky. Not very fruity or spicy. Nice and bold. Great for those who love cab-sauv.
2006 Sicilia Scruati
(2008-04-20 22:50:50 UTC)Full bodied red. Very strong and spicy. A few more years and it will be an awesome bottle.
2004 Chateau Pesquie Quintessence
(2008-04-20 22:44:20 UTC)A complete wine. Light, a hint of sweetness and fruit. An absolute delight to drink. Smooth lingering aftertaste.
2005 KANGARILLA ROAD SHIRAZ
(2008-02-09 21:17:56 UTC)First off, this wine is from South Australia instead of California. However, this is a really good wine. Sweet to taste with a bit of a spice aftertaste. Complete, sweet and light.
2001 Pedro Pergolas Criaza
(2008-01-07 03:41:15 UTC)A rich sweet red wine. The vintage makes the wine taste complete. A bit of a woody taste. Absolutely amazing for the price.
2005 Domaine De L'Ameillaud Cairanne
(2007-06-17 01:51:24 UTC)Smells sweet yet. Powerful taste, not as sweet as most French wines (nor the other wines that Domaine De L'Ameillaud makes); however, the wine tastes a little incomplete (watery if you will) due to the young age. I think that this wine would be great if it were a 2003.
Great if you like a strong wine that isn't very sweet.
2004 Fat Bastard Shiraz
(2006-09-18 13:19:11 UTC)A pretty good shiraz for the price! Better than a similar priced Shiraz from Australia in my opinion.
