Deep red color, slightly brownish. Medium bouquet, salty, hints of olive. Mild tannins. Pair with soft, robust cheeses, pork, beef & pasta. Not a very complex wine but still tasty and drinkable.

I love this wine in the spring and summer. Light but still full of flavor, slightly tart, minerals, apple. Crisp bouquet. Pairs really well with rich cheeses, fruit, fish and chicken.
