I've been drinking red wines. Love Old Vine Zin, Malbecs, and I've finally had a Cabernet that I like. (I'm a teacher, so I drink inexpensive wines). Any suggestions would be appreciated.

2006 Casillero Del Diablo Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine looked like it was hitting a home-run. Great fruit on the palate...but the finish has sort of a 'meaty' taste that just turns me off. Drink the Carmenere, it's great!

I've been drinking Zins and Malbecs, this wine is by no means a "Monster". A nice hit of fruit, then...nothing. I hope the chuck steak it's marinating will be good on the grill!
