I drink exclusively low-sulfite wines, because of a sulfite sensitivity. It's a bummer; I developed the sensitivity early in my twenties right when I was starting really to enjoy tasting wines. I'm a big foodie, and microbrews and limited label liquors are fun, but there's nothing like a nice glass of wine with a delicious meal. I'm eager to find affordable, tasty wines that I can drink without negative health consequences. All the wines in my "cellar" and that I review are in the category of low-sulfite, IE tolerable for me. I find that many, if not most, low-sulfite wines are kind of AWFUL. Happily the selection is increasing recently and there are some very palatable choices arriving on the scene all the time. I'd love recommendations if you share my interest in organic wines.
