I've had smoother finishes. I didn't like the hint of spice for this one either, tastes much different than the 2005.

Pretty decent tasting wine, a bit sweeter than most Cabs that I've tried. Also has a hint of spice, and a smooth finish.

After decanting for about 4 hours, the taste was great. Very sweet with lots of flavor and a smooth finish.
