Generally a blend- our grapes are trucked in from CA by a big place out here. It really depends on what is good when I go to buy- My main blend is usually Cab Franc or Cab Sauv based with a mix in of Napa Gamay, and various years merlto, Zin andMalvasia. Whites have been Viogner/chenin blanc/chardonay/semillion/muscat/reisling- many on their own and some in blends- I probably am done with whites till I get more room. I only made a 53 gallon red blend this past year because I just havent had the time and room to tend to the wines like I did in the past. When I started working for myself full time I envisioned having more time for the wine- boy was i wrong and the wine has suffered. Plus lugging 53 gallon barrels up stairs and outside to clean is getting harder and harder every year(of course that could be cause I am in worse shape every year) So far I went through 1/2 half of the wine list reds and wine library has around 13 different ones I have not tried- Thanks again this is going to be fun. Have a great time at the SF party and tell Gary to bring some of your wines in at WL!

Ken, Thanks for the link with the winecentury. I just printed it out and checked off the wines I have had- What is great is that there are 4 that I have had because I make it myself- I am at 34 I cant wait to track down some of the rest of these to try. I do not believe I own anything on that list that I have not tried so I guess I better get working and make some cash!

KAHUNA, I would welcome the opportunity. I spend a lot of time looking for different things, as strange and unique as I can find. I'm honored for your request. Let me add mention of 'De Long's Wine Grape Varietal Table'. It is a large format chart of 184 'of the world's favorite wine grape varieties' organized by body, acidity and color. Suitable for framing. A brilliant bit of research out of London. You can find it for sale on Amazon. They also have an international org. called the Century Wine Club: http://www.winecentury.com/ I'll be in touch. Cheers.
