strong hints of saspirilla, raspberry jam, some heat on the nose & finish. a touch of romaine lettuce, too.

update: so i had a second tasting. opened up a bit, got a ton of vanilla on the nose. definitely scored too low.

Kyle - Thanks for your review! There is some heat going on there. This is a youthful wine; with a little more time in the bottle the alcohol and fruit will be better integrated and, believe it or not, barely noticeable. This is the first time I've heard "romaine lettuce" - now I'm eager to pull a cork on one and look for it. Thanks!

Man, I love your German Skills! Keep up the good work on Corkd! BTW: The main reason I use Corkd instead of Cellartracker is that it looks way more professional and if you have "Non-Wine Geek" followers (or customers as I hope some day soon...) it's just a better way to communicate with them!
