2007 Campus Oaks Old Vine Zinfandel
(2009-12-10 22:27:17 UTC)One of THE best Zins we have tried...true bold blend of smoke and oak, with a velvety aftertaste. Great legs, rich red color, and an earthy scent that is intoxicating...LOVE IT!
2005 Pink Truck
(2007-07-16 19:32:57 UTC)A typical sweet Zinfendal but very light on the palate...very tasty!
2005 Marcus James Chardonnay
(2007-06-28 14:10:16 UTC)Very interesting wine indeed! For the price that we paid, I really didn't expect much at all...boy were we suprised. This extremely smooth, buttery, full body wine went down exceptionally well and was fabulous with our shrimp kabobs. There was no unpleasant aftertaste and each glass was as delicious as the first. One of the best Chardonnays I have had in a long time!
2003 King Fish Chardonnay
(2007-05-24 17:04:58 UTC)Got this one on sale for myself for a party...I was pleasantly suprised. I had never heard of it, but am always up for trying new things, especially if it is on sale. Smooth, slightly spicy, and tastes great even as it warms up. Definitely worth a try!
2005 Chalone Estate Chardonnay
(2007-05-07 17:19:05 UTC)I heard this was a white wine for red wine drinkers and was a bit scared...I don't do reds. But this wine is extremely smooth and a true Chardonnay, spicy with flecks of fruits to keep me interested.
2006 Dry Comal Creek French Colombard Bone Dry
(2007-05-03 14:56:41 UTC)Love this! Very similar to the demi-sweet variety but less sweet. Actually reminds me of a mild Chardonney. Great sipping wine and goes well with food varieties from Tex-Mex to seafood.
2005 Santa Margarita Pinot Grigio
(2007-05-01 21:27:25 UTC)Famous Pinot Grigio taste with initial oaky burst and velvety finish. I would almost say a buttery hint, but sweet bite. Super for dinner with the boss or special occasion.
2005 Beringer Premier Chenin Blanc
(2007-05-01 21:24:00 UTC)Excellent for a Texas gal during the hot months. Nice sweet white for everyday and beginners. If you like very fruit forward wines, you'll love this.
2004 Ménage à trois California Red Table Wine
(2007-05-01 14:44:49 UTC)Had this at one of our favorite wine bars and was pleased with the outcome...I'm not a red drinker but this was very smooth and not as much bite as other reds. Very fruit forward...mmmmmm
