This excellent dessert wine dedicated to the winemaker's grandmother. Sweet up front a little dry in the back. The dry I believe comes from the initial oak barrel aging. My initial tasting I thought it was a perfect taste of butterscotch, later I would find mango and apricot flavors. This is a wine to save, that's why I bought 2.

Excellent find. Small production winery creates a Cabernet Sauvignon that is robust and intense. Upon first taste you can feel your mouth absorb the berry and the spice explodes. Your second taste you are deciding which cut of beef you will prepare.
