Caught the wine bug fall of 2006, so I'm still very much a wine "newbie". Personal favorites of the moment are intense, new-world style reds: Petite Sirah, Shiraz, and California Cabs. I love the discovery of different varietals, regions, vintages and styles. So many bottles and only 1 lifetime to explore them in :)
