2004 Mitolo Jester Shiraz

As per previous review, eucalyptus is right-on. I found it to be a charming element of the finish, which compliments the white pepper perfectly. Unlike previous review, however, I'm disappointed in the acidity - it lacks in a way that lets too much dull sweetness through.
After decanting for an hour, however, the flavour develops a new fruitiness lacking earlier. At $17, this was an average bottle. I'd have this around if I didn't want to risk a cheaper unknown bottle, and was drinking with company.
