I also had Cabernet Sauvignon from this cellar at the same wine tasting party, but Zin was by far better tasting for me. Also the best one I had at the party (there were at least 15 bottles there)!

On the back of the bottle it says "open 1 hour before you drink" - make sure you do this. I tried it right after opening and it had a lot of tannin and felt very hard. After one hour (I decanted it too) it still was kind of hard - it tasted even better hours later.
This one was super aromatic when opened (flowery). The aroma went away as time passed, but the flavor got more mature & balanced. I tasted cherries, dark berries, and freshly cut wood. It's heavy/deep & you can feel ther higher alcohol content (14.5 abv) in your mouth.
Overall, I enjoyed this a lot.

Ruby/purple colored, dark berry aroma. Fruity. Still a bit too young but enjoyable.
