I used to smash substandard bottles of wine at the feet of horrified waitstaff. I used to create such scenes of havoc at my local wine shops, the police would inevitably be summoned and I would be carted away. That's all over now that I've found cork'd. Here I can vent my frustrations and express my joys without risk of being banned for life from my favorite wine stores and restaurants. That's real progress in my book.
