Decent wine for the money.

Not too astringent. Opens up after a few minutes

funny smell, off taste that was very weak. Not fruit forward despite the lable claims. They needed to spend the money on planting trees on wine making.

Mellow and ready to drink. Not very tannic. Would be a good wine for casual entertaining. And I probably didn't list the grapes in order. Syrah and Merlot are first and probably predominant. EDIT: fisex goof up on rating.

A nice Reisling from a local small winery. Semi dry

Musty dirt smell like a moldy old barn. The herbaceous grass smell of Sauvignon Blanc. The grass taste is prevalent as well. If you stop and roll it on the tongue, you get a little of the citrus underlying the taste. Personally I am not a fan of the type so my score may be a little skewed.

Mildly tannic spicy finish. Dark smoky scent. Fancy looking bottle with a wax seal on a ribbon that doesn't upstage the contents.

I can taste the strawberry but not the hint of cherry. Dry and tannic, not tart. Slight trace of bubbles, not like some Muscat Cannelli's just barely bubbly. Should appeal to the Zinfandel fans.

Easy drinking.
