This wine was full of white peach aromas and taste. The acicidity seemed to be lower than I remembered from tasting it at the tasting room. Needed a bit more acicity to make it a nicely balanced wine. Used the rest in a sauce and the sauce was superb.

This Austrian Riesling has aromas of apples, citrus and cold, wet stones. The apples come out in the taste but not as much as tastes of apricot and a little grapefruit. Clean, crisp and dry very refreshing. Paired with crab salad one night and gruyere the next night.

Clear with a salmon color. Aromas of strawberry, cherry, orange and some grassy notes. Crisp, refreshing and dry with hints of cherry and strawberry with a squeeze of grapefruit.
