I live in sunny (most days) Miami Beach, and work at a nearby advertising agency in downtown. I never need an excuse for good wine or an occasion to try something new. :) Drinking Buddies Welcome!

1999 Campo Viejo Rioja Reserve
(2006-09-16 06:11:02 UTC)Great with vacio (flank steak) or entraña (skirt steak). Don't forget the provoleta (yummy melted seasoned provolone cheese with spices)!
2005 Chateau St. Michelle
(2006-09-16 06:03:35 UTC)This USED to be my favorite everyday wine until I started drinking pinot grigio, then this seemed a little sweet and sugary for me. I still love it with creme brulee though!
NV Zefiro All'Ombra Del Prosecco
(2006-09-16 06:00:44 UTC)This was my first prosecco and it's definitely made me interested in trying others. A nice alternative for when champagne's just a little "much" for the occasion.
2002 Cadoulet de Beaucastel Cotes du Rhone
(2006-09-16 05:51:50 UTC)A friend of mine was kind enough to share this wine with me and I've really liked it every time I've had it. I love it with steak (or heck - on steak if you're not squeamish about using a nice bottle for marinade).
2002 Stags Leap Winery Merlot
(2006-09-16 05:48:26 UTC)We had this at christmas time last year with roasted pork... was a good match.
2005 BV Coastal Estates 2005 Pinot Noir
(2006-09-16 05:44:24 UTC)A great bargain buy and an excellent introduction to pinot noirs.
2005 Cavit Pino Grigio
(2006-09-16 05:43:06 UTC)A little TOO light for my tastes, but easy to find anywhere.
NV Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Brut Yellow Label
(2006-09-16 05:40:55 UTC)This has been my go-to champagne for a while now. It's dry, yes, but that just lets you appreciate the crisp, delicate citrus finish. YUM!
2004 Three Rings Shiraz
(2006-09-16 05:37:45 UTC)I love, love, love this Shiraz. I think it's one of the best examples out there of what a Shiraz should be. It's rich, complex and best of all - creative. It's got an unexpected fruitiness for a wine that's as rich as it is. Always surprising.
This has become my gift-giving wine for everyone. It's never disappointed me, or anyone else I've given it to.
