I work in technology sales. I travel most of the week. My occupation gives me the opportunity to taste a wide variety of wines. I enjoy trying different things, but I also know what I like. I tend to study wine as a hobby. I use airplane time to learn more about viticulture. I am also able to experience some of the nation’s best restaurants so I’m also part “foodie”. Favorite restaurant: Citronelle. Favorite Varietal: Petit Verdot. Favorite Bottle: The one that’s open.

    Got a new corkscrew for the Holiday... http://www.builtny.com/ has a product called the wine ratchet. It's a cool system if you are looking for an alternative to the traditional corkscrew.

    Yo! I have been drinking different stuff each week for awhile now. I need to get my journal at corkd updated with my back file of tastings. I drink a few different bottles every week so this is far from a full tasting list... That said it's a start. I'm looking for other folks that have similar taste. I'll try anything once... and I won't try many things more than a couple times so I am interested in unique, fun recommendations. Drink up.
