I was a former wine collector/snob during my bachelor days. My cellar was about 400 bottles deep at one point. There are currently less than 12 (sigh). I have extensive experience with wine, but find the greatest joy in seeking out the best quality wine at the cheapest price. I have tasted from just about every region in the world, and my favorites are an eclectic mix: Rhone reds, old vine Zins, dry roses, white Burgundys, and some New World pinot noirs are the usual suspects these days-but I am open to almost anything.
