We drank this with a dinner of roast lamb. The label suggests drinking with strong flavours. This is good advice, it is quite a full bodied wine. My wife thinks it a little sharp - she wouldn't have it on its own. However, she thinks it would go well with a rich casserole or sticky toffee pudding. I prefer sharper, more blackberry and cherry-flavoured wines, and loved this Shiraz. Full, rounded, very red.
