Ok, I admit it, I'm a total wine lush. Some might call it a "problem", but I prefer the term "hobby". American girl living in Central Europe and spending entirely too much time and money touring the wine roads of Italy. I love anything Tuscan (Nobile, Rosso, Brunello - oh my!) and most Piedmont reds (Dolcetto rocks my world). I hate anything overtly sweet, and it's a rare and hot summer day that I'll drink white; I tend to be faithful to my full-bodied reds, the drier the better. I'm old world all the way, I'll save the US wine sampling for when I return to the Motherland. For now, I'm all about Italia (except Puglia, yuck).
