    Hey, I saw your 2003 Gevrey-Chambertin note and it captured very well the impression I've had of the the 2003 burgundies I've had. It almost seems too logical that wines from a brutally hot year should taste over-ripe, over-cooked, but no, that's exactly how they seemed to me. Maybe there are certain dishes that these flavors would complement, but I'm staying away from 2003.
