Wine is obviously a hobby of mine, more drinking than collecting though. The longest I've stored a wine is no more than 3 months, better in my belly than on a wine rack. My dad lives in Paso Robles where I visit as often as I can to find new tasty wines. I'm also a member of Justin Vineyards located on the west side of town, known for Bordeaux-like blends.
