2008 Terra Andina Chardonnay
(2010-01-13 00:39:28 UTC)Very nice. Pineapple nose... Extremely smooth, buttery taste. Slightly sweet on the palate, but not in any way overwhelmingly so. One of the best Chards I've tasted so far.
2009 Jelu Malbec
(2010-01-12 02:08:50 UTC)Aroma is totally cherries. Smells delicious. The bottle says this should be a "pink" color, but I'm definitely pinning this as dark violet. Taste a bit cherry, bit blackberry. Fairly balanced. Medium finish.

(2010-01-02 04:30:41 UTC)Deep red color, slight darkdark pink tones. Cherry nose, which extends into taste. Mostly pick up the alcohol taste in the finish, which is sad.
2007 St Hallett Poacher's Blend
(2010-01-01 10:56:24 UTC)The nose is totally lemon. Taste is definitely more lime. Kind of tart. Leaves a bit of a, I want to say, 'salty' taste on the lips. Short finish. The color interests me. I tried to convince myself it's not there, but there's definitely a bit of a green hue in the pale yellow.
NV Martini Rossi Asti Sparkling Wine
(2010-01-01 05:49:58 UTC)Nicely sweet, sparkling wine, and not too sweet, either. Decently balanced.
Its good sparkling wine! Had a couple bottles last year and they were a hit!
2007 Tisdale Cabernet Sauvignon
(2009-12-31 06:00:39 UTC)Color is a deep red, a touch violet. I find the nose to be kind of bold. Nice taste, on the dry side, with a medium finish. I would have to agree with the previous review that it's a bit watery, but not too much so, I don't believe.
2008 Sutter Home White Zinfandel
(2009-12-31 05:29:03 UTC)This had a decent fruity smell. Nice rose color. Horrible taste. Definitely not digging this wine. The cork was dry and crumbled, cracked, and split, though. Whether that's the problem or not, am not sure.
I agree 100% with that. Maybe you should have put the cork in the wine. May have added some taste?
