Discovered my love for wine during my honeymoon in 2003 in Italy, expanded this love when I moved to California, and made trips to Napa/Sonoma valley a regular occurance. I tend to visit the smaller Napa wineries now, so many hidden delights to be found. Love to spend hours in the kitchen, drinking wine while working on different recipes. Some of my favourite chefs are Gary Danko, Curtis Stone, Michael Mina, Jamie Kennedy, Thomas Keller... My philosophy on food and wine, is that if its still around it has to be worth trying, if it was that bad, people would have quit eating/making it thousands of years ago.
