Medium-dry, as the producer notes. My wife and I had this wine alone and with homemade lasagna. It has a nice golden color under soft white light and a soft citrus smell. Its weight is evenly balanced, but lacks a potent flavor alone, tasting faintly of grapefruit with some long(ish) buttery aftertaste. It did, however, perk up with the spicy pasta, almost synergizing with the chipotle pepper. It would probably go better with a spicy chicken or fish meal.

This USED to be my favorite everyday wine until I started drinking pinot grigio, then this seemed a little sweet and sugary for me. I still love it with creme brulee though!
