Nose: Bursting with dried apricots right after popping the cork. Nectarines, peaches, Welch's White Grape Juice :-) Color: Pale, like 10k gold. Taste: Snow peas, cauliflower - quite vegetal, and a little apple in there, but not really sweet. Kind of a weak flavor over all, though, and the finish feels like it drops off pretty quickly (and I was tasting this at room temperature).
