Deep, dark red and inky in color. Its muscular tannins offer an exciting adventure now but promise that a couple of years will soften the edges and allow its velvety side to show through. This wine is excellent with pasta! My favorite Syrah!

The wine spent fourteen months in 100% new French oak to round out the texture and broaden structure. Great wine by itself, but most definately with pasta.
