Made from 100% Chardonnay grown in the cool foothills of the majestic Andes at 3100 feet of elevation. The wine is fermented at low temperature in stainless steel to preserve freshness and then aged for three months in a combination of new and used oak barrel. It's a fresh, appley Chardonnay with a medium-bodied texture, and crisp, balanced acidity in the finish. It's an ideal cocktail, or companion to flavorful white meats or fish.
