sent as part of a wine club shipment, but i wasn't home to sign for it, so I had to open it pretty quickly. Afraid it might have been sitting in UPS truck all day. Turned out okay, after a few hours in the wine fridge. Enjoyed it, I think you can get it for around $30. Like a good novel, had a great beginning and ending, nice fruit, and I'm a sucker for cedar... Enjoyed it with Trader Joe's Carne Asada...Delish.

I'm brand new to this whole tasting note thing & this is my first attempt, but I first tried this bottle at a wine tasting when I worked at Lake Yellowstone Hotel in the Dining Room. I had several glasses of it that day, among several glasses of other various wines we were tasting. I got a strong buzz but I still remember how complex it was. I could smell and taste so many different flavors. I tasted blackberry, cocoa and spices. Loved this one and can't wait to have another bottle of it.

Excellent color, amazing bouquet - lots of cedar, good tannins on the finish. Starts amazing and ends better. Really a Cab worth drinking and a killer for around 30 dollars. Great vintage, will definitely mature over the next 5 years.
