Oregon Pinot just does it for me. The young body, that barnyard muskiness, they bring up all sorts of memories - childhood tastes of funky cheeses and meats and other things that kids weren't supposed to like, coastal loam, fognights, my first trip to france and switzerland and all those cheese shops, a good epoisses on a sunny summer afternoon - all good things, and this wine doesn't dissapoint.
