(over 2 years ago)A veritable cherry explosion! Powerful, forward tanins, and full of deep, jammy cherry, blackberry and currant flavors, with maybe a hint of licorice. The tanins overpowered the fruit a bit without food, but it paired nicely with a red sauce and would do well with meat dishes.
