Upon opening the bottle, a wash of gamey spice and bramble is present, but this soon is replaced by fruit. Ripe cherry is dense, but graham cracker, cinnamon and oven fresh pie is hanging around as well. Cedar and sauna wood acids enliven the mouth feel, but a toasty fruit pastry is the general spread here.
