At first overwhelmingly good, then mellowing into just fantastic. It really seemed to excite the whole palate.

I picked up the last bottle offered at this price! A steal. Deep red, almost purple color; luscious, earthy aromas of anise, berry and plum; well-balanced taste w/good tannin & berry. One of the best Zins I've tried, and certainly the best value bar none!
