very, very nice nose, especially after it opens up for an hour or so. Yes, Bing Cherry, reminiscent of childhood Shasta cherry soda if you breathe deeply...you will remember those picnic days, those ice chest days, then on to the wine, cause i'm a grown-up now...then what gets you is the mouthfeel...yes, the velvety texture, then on to the tannins...quite lovely; an excellent food wine, but equally at home in conversation...
