Fantastic, unusual blend. The merlot balances out the spicy sangiovese. Worth it if you can get it for a reasonable price; don't actually expect to find it for $25.

THIS WINE KICKS SERIOUS ASS. Let it decant for two hours. Talk about lucious fruit. Not a fruit bomb, just ripe, beautiful fruit. Sour Cherries prominent. Great Wine.

Excellent blend with nice aroma, pleasing soft yet fruit palate with hints of cherry, tobacco, oak. Does not have a heavy heat. (which is a good thing). DECANT this wine. Actual much better the next afternoon. Pleasant and fulfulling. PLCB chairmans.
