Opened 20070118. Worried that it might have been over the hill.
What a surprise!

Moderately fruity nose of cherries and raspberries with slightly earthy and smoky undertones. Almost expected a Pinot.

Opened up after about 15 minutes in my glass. Medium to full bodied with nice fruit and well-integrated oak. Very smooth.

Paid $20 in Cleveland, OH in 2005. What a bargain! Wish I had more.

Well done Cab. This wine has mellowed in a good way. No sharp edges. Smooth. Fruit has hung in there.
