Smells of green apples and vanilla. Tastes spicy with strong lemon peel taste. Strong beginning, smooth buttery finish. This wine really benefits from letting it sit a long while. It becomes much smoother and creamier while retaining the strong citrusy beginning.

Tasted 7/11/07. Finally, a good chard from La Crema. Bought this one blind and was quite happliy surprised. Green fuit and acidity on the nose. Smooth mouthfeel with hints of spice and cream. Wonderful chard for the Summer. Could use a little time in the bottle. Best effort from them in a while. Keep it up La Crema!
