I found this wine to be above par for a lot of the other wines I have tried. On the nose there is hints of plumb and black cherry. The taste had a very nice oak to it and tasted of plum and black cherry with a little tar and tobacco smoke in the background. On the palate it has a nice medium to full-boddied weight to it. For the price it was a great wine.
