Trinchero Family 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon
(over 2 years ago)Smooth, I don't know the word but it has moderate substance, tannins maybe? No flavors really stand out for me. Good with mushroom risotto.

(about 1 year ago)A nice, inexpensive bottle of wine that would be a little disappointing if priced any higher. Earthy notes with a little bit of chocolate and vanilla in the nose. Medium body, with flavors of berry and oak, slight hint of tobacco. Average tannins for a Cab Sauv. Not sure if this is a wine term but I would describe this as a "deep" or "dark" tasting wine vs. for example a shiraz or pinot noir.

(6 months ago)Nice softer cab with oak hints and mild/moderate tannins. Good fruit with plums and hints of herbs. A good bottle for a fairly good price.
