Las Rocas 2004 Garnacha
(about 1 year ago)Very much like a cab with good depth, lots of tannin and cherry.
Las Rocas 2004 Garnacha
(about 1 year ago)Good medium bodied red. Tannins and cherry spice. Could pair w/ lots.
Las Rocas 2004 Garnacha
(about 1 year ago)Very good nose with strong tobacco. Smooth on the mid-palette. Short finish. The tobacco, earthy nose makes this one that I enjoyed. I have a bottle of the 2004 old vines to try next.
Las Rocas 2004 Garnacha
(about 1 year ago)Killer bottle of wine, even better than the 2003! Give it an hour and watch the fruit and earth come out at you. Beware though because this wine will grab your mouth, drop kick it into next week, then slam the door on your head. All in a good way, of course. I'll be snagging a few more bottles of this stuff to put down for a couple of years.
Las Rocas 2004 Garnacha
(about 1 year ago)Good wine. I allowed it to breathe for about an hour and was impressed for the price. I got a tobacco and cherry nose with hints of dark chocolate. The finish was mild and pleasant balance.
Las Rocas 2004 Garnacha
(about 1 year ago)Great wine for the price. Nice strawberry and tobacco flavors.
Las Rocas 2004 Garnacha
(about 1 year ago)Smelled exactly like coffee liquer when we opened it. Later mellowed into cherry aromas upon decanting. Good but "it didn't change my life". Big tannins to go with big flavor.
Las Rocas 2004 Garnacha
(about 1 year ago)A good Garnacha, takes awhile for the nose to open up (Decanted for 1 hour before tasting) Overall good mouth feel and tannin structure. Great value per dollar as always a great Eric Solomon import
Las Rocas 2004 Garnacha
(about 1 year ago)I was surprised by this wine. Very nice mouthfeel, nice acidity and structure. The nose is strawberry bubble yum, and the taste was also strawberries and other red fruit, accompanied by a earthy mushroomy flavor. Very solid bottle of wine for the price.

(about 1 year ago)Very enjoyable. Many flavors. Dark chocolate, earthy
Las Rocas 2004 Garnacha
(about 1 year ago)Definitely in agreement with a few of the other reviews. Open and let this breath for an hour - Really does open up. Cherry, Tobacco, Well balanced tannins. Easy wine to pop when you have friends over and looking for something easy to drink.
Las Rocas 2004 Garnacha
(9 months ago)Bursting with big flavors and a mid palate that kills. Has a nice big mouth feel. I loved this wine. Had it on two occasion under very different circumstances, both times enjoyed it thoroughly.
