Long tannins push way through the finish, but don't over power. Clove, spice, black licorice. The nose is perfumey with underlying blackberry and black cherry. There is really a lot going on in the glass. Very impressed.

If you luved the 02, the 03 is even better,zin,cab,merlot& syrah make this a huge bomb shell of fruit and strong tannis that last to the end. Worth the price increase but now availabe nationaly
