Chateau d'Oupia 2004 Minervois
(about 1 year ago)Ripe fruit, spice, ginger, red grapes/grape juice, anise. Somewhat thin and hard consistancy. Moderate tannins, and slightly more acidic than sweet. Fine, but not really our style.

(about 1 year ago)Great everyday drinking wine. Relatively well structured. Black fruit (cherry & blackberry). Smooth tannins. Medium body. Amazing QPR.
