Soft red berries on the nose and palette. It actually had a tight nose. Along with it's almost delicate tannins, this wine did not overpower me with too much fruit or alcohol. Well balanced this is a nice dinner wine for $13. I served it with roasted rosemary/garlic chicken thighs and fennel stuffing.
