Pale straw with greenish notes in the glass. Bracing acidity but balanced by good lemon-lime fruit flavor and some tropical fruit (mango, quince). A pleasant bitterness at the finish.

Light golden straw color, super clear. The aroma combines grapefruit and green grass with a hit of minerality. The flavor is great, a strongly acidic wine that is well balanced by fruitiness. I taste pineapple rind, melon, and a bit of pepper spice. At 13% the alcohol is right on. The finish is enjoyably long for a white, and leaves you wanting more. This is an incredible value at $13, and has really become one of my favorite white wines.

Fruity attack with big notes of grapefruit. Nice, long well balanced finsh. Crisp and refreshing wine that I picked up on a whim. Very pleased. This wine drinks well by itself, but would pair nicely with many dishes, especially oysters and other seafood.
